Every benefit below applies from your first order. Nothing is tiered, and nothing needs unlocking.
Points Program
Earn on everything, redeem when it suits you.
Every order adds points to your balance — breakfast, coffee, lunch, meal packages, all of it. Points do not expire while your account stays active, so you can bank them toward something bigger or spend them on a Friday.
Buy 5 Meals, Get 1 Free
The sixth plate is on the café.
Five full meals bought on the same account earns a sixth free — any entrée on the hot line that day, with a side and a drink. It tracks automatically, so there is no card to carry and no stamps to lose.
Birthday Rewards
Something free during your birthday month.
Add your birthday to your account and a reward lands at the start of that month. You have the whole month to use it, not just the day — nobody should have to spend their actual birthday in the cafeteria queue.
Promotional Codes
Member-only offers through the semester.
Codes go out to members around exam weeks, campus events and slow afternoons: a free coffee with breakfast, a discount on Wing Wednesday, that kind of thing. They are only sent to people with an account.

The whole point of a rewards program is that it should run itself once you are in. Here is the entire setup.

Signing up is free and takes about a minute. All you need is an email address — no campus ID, no card on file.

Order like you normally would
Points attach to your account automatically whether you order ahead online or pay at the counter. There is nothing extra to remember.

Track and redeem
Your balance, your free-meal progress and any active promo codes all sit in your account. Redeem online at checkout or just ask at the register.

The small print, in plain words
Does it cost anything to join?
No. 3D’s Rewards is free to join and free to keep. There is no membership fee, no minimum spend and no card to buy. You need an email address and about a minute.
Do I have to be a student to join?
No. Students, faculty, staff and community visitors can all create an account and earn rewards. The café is open to everyone and so is the rewards program — you do not need a campus ID.
Do my points expire?
Points stay on your balance while your account is active. If you stop ordering for a long stretch we will email you before anything changes, so you will never lose a balance without warning.
Can I use rewards and a meal package together?
Yes. Buying a meal package earns points like any other purchase, and spending a meal credit does not touch the points you have already banked. The two are designed to stack rather than compete.
